Its Whole30 time

I have made a commitment to myself to do a minimum amount of exercise each day as well. I really want to see some big changes in my fitness level during these 30 days. I’ve done some challenges before, and the whole 30 a couple times and I know how effective it can be. Anyway so my absolute minimum is 10 pull ups. push ups, toes to bar, and air squats each day. Hopefully I can at least keep that up along with our nightly walks.
