Eating whole30 Portions

What we try to do proportionally when we do a whole30 is 2/3 veggies and 1/3 meat.  This proportion makes it easy to simply look at our plate and tell if its correct.  After about 2 weeks the fog has lifted and I feel great.  It is rough from about the third day, until after about a week but it gets much better.  The first week the body is going through a sugar detox.  After 2 weeks I felt amazing, I know this from the last couple times around so I know how great it will be soon.
