Well if you're like me you love ribs, just because I'm doing another Whole30 doesn't mean I don't want some slow and low baby backs. I do about a 4 hour cook for my ribs, The video is at the bottom but go over my process first, my rub recipie and most importantly a No Sugar BBQ sauce that rocks.

Its a 30 day sugar/chemical/food from a box detox.
So I made a batch of rub today, and I tend to change it up but its always pretty close. This time here is what I did:
Whole30 or Paleo BBQ Rub
- 2 tbsp Tony's
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbps chili powder
- 2 tbsp paprika (smoked is best)
- 2 tsp mustard poweder
