I’m still eating mostly raw veggies for lunch and dinner, along with a bit of protien at lunch and lots at dinner. I’m trying to keep my fat intake high enough so I don’t feel too hungry and it seems to be working well. This also should help my body get into a state of ketosis.
My workouts are based on a 5/3/1 and my wods are there to compliment that strength program, so yesterday I did four 5 minute amraps. The first `was box jumps and ring dips, because I hate box jumps and ring dips to work on triceps, chest and shoulders. The second was a 250 meter row and sit ups. Third I did pull ups and push ups. The fourth was kb snatches and air squats…. c ya later
